Château Moutte Blanc 2014

This is the first time to tasted the wine from CRU ARTISAN. Because of it's not well-known and small production, a few people do not know it ,even some thinking about that it's low-cost wine.

After visited the Château Moutte Blanc and tasted a series of wines ,something touched always on my mind .

Château Moutte Blanc, a tiny estate which located in Margaux appelletion makes a wine from 100% merlot (it is a unique estate to produce a wine from 100% petit verdot as well )

This wine has a really lovely purple hue ,intensity. Flavors of ripe fruits, extremely elegant fragrance.Rich in tannis and soft. Still young ,compare with the merlot from the right bank, the wine strength but not strong , the very good structure completely reflect the soil in the left bank.

Someone describe Margaux wine as the excellent elegant lady. I appreciated this wine quite like the modern women : strong, brave heart yet gentle and purity. With the passage of time , mellow and more delicate ,smooth.

This wine is more like an epitome of Madame Odile, purity,passion with charming smile by her unique characteristics.
